One of my favorite places to shop for dresses is online at modcloth.com. Modcloth has literally thousands of dresses to choose from. They are mostly vintage inspired and by independent designers, don't cost an arm and a leg, and most importantly, they're CUTE!!! The dresses are so fun that you can wear them for so much more than just a summer theme party.
