Take your favorite kind of pound cake. We like "Better Than Pound Cake" by our neighbors at Upper Crust Bread Company. Slice the loaf into about 1" thick slices. Then take a small cookie cutter in a round or other simple shape and cut multiple shapes out of the pound cake slice.
Next, take lollipop sticks and insert one into each pound cake shape. Holding the stick, dip the pound cake into your favorite topping: melted chocolate, white chocolate, or frosting, then roll in nuts, coconut, candies, or chocolate chips. Have fun with them. Be creative in your toppings and design.
Place the dipped pound cake pops in the freezer to set.
